Malang (13/12), Research Team of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) with UB Vice Rector 4 Dr. Ir. Moch. Sasmito Djati, M.S. held a socialization of research questionnaire in the form of “Evaluation of Remuneration System Implementation and Its Influence on Satisfaction, Motivation, Performance of Lecturer, and Employees at Universitas Brawijaya This activity took place at Building B Nuswantara Lt.7 FISIP UB which discuss about clusterization division which received some remuneration from energy educators (d0sen), and staffs from each faculty in UB, the need to re-arrange the distribution of basic tasks in UB’s university environment, the Research Team tries to make an online survey which will be filled by lecturers and employees who receive a gradual remuneration assisted by the PSIK Team in each faculty, by filling in the variables that are the size of the remuneration given, among others: the level of satisfaction, motivation, and performance The expectation of this survey can accommodate all complaints felt by stakeholders in the faculty.
