The Bussiness Law Community (BLC) of the Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya collaborating with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) held a seminar entitled “Banking Law and its development” held at the C Building on the 10th Floor on Thursday (02/05/19)
The event presented two presenters namely Yustinus Priyambodo who was the legal analyst of the Financial Services Authority and Dr. Reka Dewantara, SH., MH. Which is a FHUB academic.
The material presented by representatives from OJK was related to the banking legal regulatory framework, digitalization of banking products and services, to POJK digital banking services. He also conveyed matters related to fintech in Indonesia, protecting customers and current issues related to banking.
The material presented by Dr. Reka Dewantara, SH., MH. is related to the comparison of banking with fintech, regulations on fintech, startups, mobile payment and other related discussions. The event closed with discussion through a question and answer session (AZL)
