Ketentuan Registrasi Administrasi dan Registrasi Akademik Mahasiswa Program S1 Ilmu Hukum :

1. Membayar SPP (Registrasi Administrasi) tanggal 07 s/d 18 Agustus 2017 secara online di Bank Mandiri, Mandiri Syariah, BTN, BRI, BNI dan ATM BCA seluruh Indonesia.

2. Setelah membayar SPP mahasiswa melakukan Registrasi Akademik sebagai berikut (14 s/d 18 Agustus 2017) :
– Mengisi KRS secara online melalui http://siam.ub.ac.id
– Mencetak KRS dari http://siam.ub.ac.id sebanyak 3 lembar (kertas A4)
– Mencetak KHS dari http://siam.ub.ac.id sebanyak 3 lembar (kertas A4)
– Melakukan Konsultasi dan Pengesahan KRS, KHS ke Dosen Penasihat Akademik (PA).
– Melakukan validasi, menyerahkan KRS dan KHS yang sudah disetujui Dosen PA ke Bagian Akademik.

3. Mahasiswa yang pada semester Ganjil 2017/2018 baru memrogram mata kuliah konsentrasi wajib mengisi FORMULIR PENGAJUAN KONSENTRASI dan meminta pengesahan oleh Ketua Bagian masing-masing sesuai konsentrasinya. Formulir Pengajuan Konsentrasi dapat diunduh DISINI

4. Mahasiswa yang telah menempuh skripsi tetapi belum selesai, maka pada semester Ganjil 2017/2018 tetap diwajibkan melakukan Registrasi Administrasi dan Registrasi Akademik (pengisian KRS) memrogram skripsi dalam KRS.

5. Mahasiswa yang tidak melaksanakan ketentuan di atas akan mendapatkan sanksi akademik sesuai Buku Pedoman Pendidikan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Tahun Akademik 2016/2017.

On Monday, August 7, 2017. WCU team in cooperation with PSIK FH UB In order to improve the achievement of lecturers in Universitas Brawijaya towards World Class University in 2017 by organizing workshop and Google Scholar Training to increase the number of lecturer’s citation attended by 17 participants from program Master and Doctor of Lecturers, Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya presented by the speaker Mr. Sujarwoto, S.IP., M.Si., Ph.D.  (Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya.)

On this occasion, he explained that this activity was just implemented by WCU UB Team this year, because there are 400 lecturers from 1000 UB lecturers who are citation of their scientific papers, while for the total number of UB lecturer categorization is in the 8th rank. For Scopus, while Google Scholar is ranked 10th from other national universities in Indonesia.

The WCU team with PSIK FH UB took part in providing guidance during the account creation process and increasing the number of scientific paper credits for UB Faculty’s lecturers through Google Scholar, Scopus, IPI Portal Garuda and Shinta. The spirit that is expected in this training, UB Faculty’s lecturers can improve UB achievement by looking at the number of their better paperwork cation in the future.

Friday August 05, 2017,  the Dean of FH UB held a birthday celebration event Dr.  Rachmad Safa’at, S.H., M.Si. the 55th year. This thanksgiving event was followed spontaneously by Lecturers, Educational Staff, Students, and Alumni of Law of Faculty, UB. Welcoming his Milad who has been in his 55th year, he advised “that our age does not feel the longer the longer and also the shorter the rest of our lives in the world, but not only the longevity of life but how we use the remnants of age We use it with something that brings goodness, benefits, and blessings” he said.

This activity was closed with a recitation of prayer by  Ustadz Mohammad Nasihk, S.E., M.Si. As well as the submission of interest to the Dean of the Faculty of Law, UB. As a sign of gratitude given the blessings of longevity and blessing.

The Wayang Kulit Collaboration is inspired by modern story, but it does not leave the pathet enem, nyongo and manyura that exist in a puppet show, so it is still interesting to be enjoyed by the wayang kulit lovers. This cultural performance show is dedicated to the public and is free of charge.

Reformulation of Deradicalization for Terrorism

One of the problems facing the nation of Indonesia is terrorism. The prevention solutions provided to the government through ongoing deradicalisation policies are not yet effective enough. Hoirudin Hasibuan, S.H., M.Hum on Tuesday (15/08/2010) in the Open Exam of Doctoral Program Dissertation, Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya.
“My dissertation raises the problem of deradicalisation especially to former terrorism prisoners, strenghtening from the regulatory aspect.” There is still a fundamental weakness there because until now there has not been a sufficiently comprehensive set of deradicalisation policies, “he said.

Welcoming new TA students. 2017/2018, Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya (FH UB) organizes Introduction of New Student Campus Life (PK2Maba) activity (20 / 8-21 / 8/2017). To be known, in accordance with UB Rector’s Policy which implements the reduction of new student acceptance (maba) as an effort to improve the quality of education service, then on TA. 2017/2018 the number of students earned by FH UB is less than in previous years. This year FH UB received 612 MABA for Bachelor of Law Science, and about 300 graduate students consisting of study program. Kenotariatan, jurisprudence and the rest are students of doctoral programs.

The UB Faculty of Law said overall there were 200,000 applicants who registered to UB and only 10,000 were elected to be accepted. Similarly, the level of competition to be accepted in FH is also no less strict. This year FH UB recorded the number of applicants who registered a number of 5643 people and only 612 received. Therefore the Dean of FH UB advised the MABA TA. 2017/2018 not to waste this golden opportunity.

The same thing was also conveyed in the speech of the President of the Student Executive Board (BEM) and Chairman of the Student Representative Council (DPM) FH UB. They told the maba to be grateful to have the opportunity to gain knowledge in UB Fact of Law.

In addition, it is expected to take advantage of this opportunity as well as possible to become a better person in science and faith and piety, so that it can contribute to benefit the people, nation and state of Indonesia.

On that occasion both the Dean of Faculty of Law, Chairman of DPM and President of BEM also introduce their respective board of management.

Different from previous years where maba grouped into two large groups who then follow PK2Maba on different days. In this year all maba follow PK2Maba series for two days.

The series of events in two days include welcoming ceremony of new students, material of generale stadium (general knowledge about learning), material about academic process at UB Faculty of Law, material about student affair and last session of assignment by PK2Maba FH UB student committee. The event is packed in a relaxed atmosphere without violence but still serious to provide supplies for maba in order to immediately adapt to the learning system in Universitas Brawijaya.
