Friday, January 19, 2018, Notary Bond (IkaNot) Malang City in cooperation with Master of Notary Faculty of Law held Exam Training Preparation Extraordinary Member Notary Year 2018 by R. Imam Rahmat Sjafi’i, SH, MH, in this training is explained with respect to code enforcement ethics of a notary through supervision over the implementation of the code of ethics such as:
- At the district / city level by Pengda and DKD
- At the provincial level by Pengwil and DKW
- At the national level by PP and DKP
Some sanctions of code violation can be:
- Attention
- Caution
- Immutable stop from INI membership
- TERMINATION with respect to THIS membership
- Disrespectful stop from INI membership
First Level Check is done when it occurs:
- The alleged violation of the code of ethics
- Unexpected calling by DKD / DKW / DKP
- Request an unexpected explanation
- Closed examination
- The reading of the decision openly
